For those new to air-frying, the Tower 10-in-1 is a straightforward appliance that can easily prove its usefulness.It’s a little fiddly to set up at first but worked without a hitch thereafter, cooking an entire 1kg chicken – enough for three people – in just 45 minutes. It took eight minutes at 170 degrees for it to be completely done and had the winning tase and texture of fried bacon.

Even though it was a little fiddly in other areas, for this function alone I think it's a worthy addition to any kitchen.
