Description

Realizing what he had to do, Cheetor bid a fond goodbye to Bumblebee and sacrificed his own spark to purify the AllSpark and ensure the future of the Cybertronian race. As Cybertron began to heal itself, Cheetor's voice spoke out to Bumblebee one last time, assuring his friend that he would always be with him in spirit. Battle For Cybertron IV Cheetor comes with a Golden Disk card that " reveals a possible destiny of a key character", with each character having three possible destiny variants.

He was available only as part of the BotCon 2006 " Dawn of Future's Past" box-set, with "Axalon" versions of Optimus Primal, Rhinox, Rattrap, and " Darksyde" Dinobot. During development of Season Two, the writers wanted Cheetor's face in his first Transmetal form to mature as the season progressed. However, animation costs were too pricy and this idea was eventually scrapped. Most of the Maximals and Predacons believed that Cheetor had perished; he was posthumously honoured as the "First Resistor", the first proto-former who'd taken a stand against the tyrannical Builder regime. Derailment In reality, however, Cheetor had been captured and imprisoned within Fortress Maximus, where he remained for many years until Lio Convoy's forces eventually freed him and he was more than welcomed into their ranks as the "first resistor". Head Games Cheetor wanted nothing more than to march into the front lines, but Lio Convoy felt he served better as a propaganda hero, and over the next five years, he and Preditron were shuttled about the planet doing just that, hardly ever being told the reason for their going, just being sent where they were sent. Although he adopted a cybercat beast mode once the Maximals and Predacons adopted the Beast Upgrade, Cheetor figured he'd missed any chance to fight the good fight. While Optimus went onward to retrieve the Allspark, Cheetor and the Maximals disagreed with the Autobots over the importance of the Allspark and the nature of their own mission, until Rattrap pointed out that Primal had also gone missing. Kingdom episode 4 Cheetor and the other Autobots and Maximals soon re-united with their respective leaders, but they brought bad news: the AllSpark, separated from Cybertron for too long, had begun to die. After a brief stand-off against the two Megatrons, the Maximals and Autobots returned to the repaired Ark and prepared to launch before the Predacon-Decepticon alliance launched a full-scale assault, and as the heroes besieged the enemy starship Cheetor and Tigatron faced off against Ravage. Ultimately, however, the battle ended with the Ark itself assuming its new robot mode and toppling the Decepticon flagship, allowing the heroes to take the two Megatrons and their followers prisoner before blasting off. Kingdom episode 5 The fighting comes to a head when the Autobots and Decepticons find that they’ve crash-landed on a completely unknown planet. All they knew was that it housed the Allspark, and that they needed to hurry if they didn’t want the other faction gaining the upper-hand. Though most early artwork for Beast Machines character designs were very different from the final product, Cheetor's design seems to have changed very little, with only the green being downplayed in his color scheme. With the Predacons making no significant progress against the Maximals, Megatron gets tetchy. Inferno would like to help His Queen, but the suggestions from other Predacons fall short of achieving the goal. Running out of options, he turns to his beast mode for inspiration - and with the help of a certain spider, he might have just hit bull's-eye. Language: English Words: 23,645 Chapters: 7/7 Collections: 1 Comments: 14 Kudos: 80 Bookmarks: 13 Hits: 1,160 According to Titanium Series concept designer Don Figueroa, making Titanium Cheetor use his Beast Machines body was his idea. It seems he was told simply to make "Cheetor", but his Hasbro supervisors never specified which Cheetor to make.

In one splinter timeline of Primax 496.22 Alpha, minor atmospheric perturbations caused Silverbolt's stasis pod to crash on the far side of Earth, and due to his absence, Megatron slaughtered all the remaining Maximals except Tigatron and Airazor. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/08/07 Story of Binaltech Rise of the Beasts’newest Transformer characters come from Beast Wars: Transformers, which aired for three seasons from 1996 to 1999. The show represented a rapid departure from previous Transformers media. Though a sequel to the franchise’s first generation, the show takes place hundreds of years after the events of Generation 1, with almost entirely new characters. Narratively, the series focuses on the battle between the Maximals and the Predacons, the descendants of the Autobots and the Decepticons, respectively. While the first generation’s characters famously transform into automobiles, the Maximals and Predacons transform into a diverse array of animals, from Optimus Primal’s ( Garry Chalk) gorilla to Megatron’s ( David Kaye) tyrannosaurus. Additionally, the series also changes the traditional animation style previously used to bring the Transformers to life as one of the first fully computer-animated programs. Far too frequently, Cheetor looked up to Optimus Primal enough to rush out in an all-too-eager attempt to prove himself. He seemed to botch as many missions as he carried out successfully; he broke an experimental communicator, rushed into combat, got himself captured by Tarantulas, The Web and set up remote survey posts in the middle of a lightning storm on a bed of unstable energon crystals because someone stroked his ego. Equal Measures Cheetor toy converts into a Beast Wars-inspired cheetah mode in 20 steps. Lower jaw articulation in cheetah mode for classic look of Cheetor enthusiasm It was thanks to the researchers that they were able to discover the existence of special Mechs called Draers, saving their civilization from extinction and giving rise to a new era. When the Decepticons constructed a Planet Smasher on Earth's moon, the Autobots travelled to the satellite, Bumblebee using the low gravity to dance around the aerial Decepticons before their enemies retreated behind a force field. After breaching the field and shutting down the Planet Smasher, the Autobots followed into an underground bunker. Sea of Tranquility While unable to catch up with the Decepticons, the Autobots were able to disable the planetary engines with which the Decepticons intended to destroy Earth. As Optimus made a statement to the human race, Bumblebee noticed an animal watching them only for it to disappear when he tried to show it to Hot Rod. Bad Moon Rising This version of Cheetor was repurposed as Cataclysm in the Beast Wars: Uprising story " Derailment".

Cheetor appeared in the Beast Wars follow-up, Beast Machines. He was a prominent member of the Maximals in that show as well. He was a feature of the IDW comics that started in 2006. Cheetor becomes a big player on the small screen again in the 2018 Transformers: Cyberverse series. He has shorter appearances in shows like Armada, TransTech, Shattered Glass, and Animated (2011.) Though he was never as prominent as he was in Beast Wars, Cheetor never really went away. Transformers has always taken a loose approach to canon, treating its history like a literal toy box. Cheetor isn't among the franchise's favorites, but he's still a likable figure. Includes a Golden Disk card that reveals a possible destiny of a key character. Collect other Kingdom figures to reveal all 3 alternate destiny variants for each character! (Each sold separately. Subject to availability.) When the escaped Maximals recovered via reformatting and fought their way to Megatron's citadel, they found him still a Transmetal 2, though he fervently sought to rid himself of his organic elements. He was concealed within a bulky control suit, but in moments of rage he would fall out of it and transform seemingly uncontrollably into dragon mode. Master of the House This body was eventually obliterated in a doomsday storm, End of the Line but its biological and mechanical elements were somehow made manifest in Savage/Noble and the Grand Mal. Prometheus Unbound Transformers figure comes with 2 combinable spear accessories that attach to the Cheetor figure in both modes This Micro-Changer assortment was the last one to appear at Target, with later waves showing up only at Toys"R"Us or drug/discount stores. After the Axalon crash-landed on a mysterious planet, the most youthful crew member of the disabled ship chose a cheetah as his new beast form. Impressed with his own appearance, the young 'bot renamed himself Cheetor. Beast Wars (Part 1) Due to unfortunate events in human history, human civilization exists only in an enclosed virtual reality called Corona Australis as Optimus Prime's last resort to save the species. Too bad it is ruled by a rogue AI who strives to conquer Cybertron by using humans. A tiny plastic Cheetor figurine molded onto an irregularly-shaped stand was released by Kabaya. Labeled toy 4 of 6, the other characters in his wave were Dinobot, Rattrap, Megatron, Optimus Primal, and Rhinox. As always, terrible candy is included.
