Heering Cherry Liqueur has been produced since 1818, and the company is purveyor to the Royal Danish Court and formerly to Queen Elizabeth II. Made using crushed cherries for a beautifully tart flavour, and mixed with spices and sugar, this is a lovely drink. The complete history is somewhat shaky, but it is accepted that it was inspired by the movie Blood and Sand. Today, savouring this legendary pink cocktail in Raffles famous long bar is considered to be one of the true rites of passage of world travel.Over 500 years old and true to its original recipe, Benedictine has a nose fresh in spice and fresh fruit, prune and orange alongside liquorice and cloves. The Dutch family-owned group De Kuyper Royal Dutch Distillers acquired Heering Cherry from Danish producer Peter F. Sweet and tempting with bitter undertones, the bright blue hues are perfect for a vibrant cocktail and attract plenty of attention. Sweet and intense in flavour, flavours of Cherry Bakewell, marzipan, floral notes and spice are all revealed. The recipe for this Cherry Liqueur is dated back to 1818 and uses fresh Danish Cherries, which are crushed and then distilled alongside spices and Alcohol and left to mature in for a minimum of three years!

Carefully crafted by the experts at Cognac Ferrand, this unique elixir is a blend of Pierre Ferrand Cognac, un-aged French brandy, lightly toasted sugar cane, dried peel of Curacao bitter oranges, sweet oranges and lemons, with a touch of grilled almonds and prunes.
